The following workshops meet the requirements for authorization. Please note that each has a different audience and focus. All category 1 workshops are available in English, French and Spanish.
Dance
Prepare to teach DP dance, develop inquiry-based lessons, and understand IB assessment criteria.
Literature and performance (SL)
Prepare to teach DP literature and performance, develop inquiry-based lessons, and understand IB assessment criteria.
Music
Prepare to teach DP music, develop inquiry-based lessons, and understand IB assessment criteria.
CATEGORY 2
Category 2 workshops invite more experienced Diploma Programme (DP) leaders and subject group teachers who are keen to improve the teaching and learning experience.
CATEGORY 3
For educators with substantial IB experience, the focus is on subject area delivery and deepening the understanding and meaning of an IB education.
