Category 2 workshops invite more experienced Diploma Programme (DP) leaders and subject group teachers who are keen to improve the teaching and learning experience.

CATEGORY 3
For educators with substantial IB experience, the focus is on subject area delivery and deepening the understanding and meaning of an IB education.
Note: The IB will phase out Category 3 Subject-Specific Seminars (SSS) starting with History in 2026. The updated DP History Category 2 will offer a more comprehensive experience and meet requirements for curriculum changes with the launch of the new guide in 2026.
